These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and transportation services, including airport transfers, Umrah transportation, Ziyarat tours, and related travel services (collectively, the “Services”). 1. General

1.2 By confirming a booking, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or booking on behalf of a minor with appropriate parental or guardian consent.

2. Bookings & Reservations
2.1 All bookings must include accurate passenger details, travel dates, pickup/drop-off locations, and contact information. Al-Mustafa Tours is not responsible for delays or service issues resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
2.2 A booking is only considered confirmed once you receive confirmation from our team via phone, WhatsApp, email, or SMS.
2.3 We recommend booking airport transfers and Umrah transportation at least 24 hours in advance to ensure vehicle availability, particularly during peak seasons such as Hajj, Umrah, and Ramadan.
2.4 Al-Mustafa Tours reserves the right to decline or cancel a booking in cases of suspected fraud, incomplete information, or unavailability of vehicles.
3. Pricing & Payment
3.1 All prices listed are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are subject to change without prior notice, except for bookings already confirmed.
3.2 Quoted prices include driver charges, fuel, and standard toll fees unless otherwise stated. Additional charges may apply for extra stops, waiting time beyond the agreed period, or changes to the original itinerary.

6. Luggage & Belongings
6.1 Each vehicle has a specified luggage capacity, as indicated on our fleet page. Excess luggage may require an additional vehicle or incur extra charges.
6.2 Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings during the journey. Al-Mustafa Tours is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items left in the vehicle.
6.3 We recommend checking the vehicle before departure to ensure all belongings are collected.
7. Vehicles & Drivers
7.1 Al-Mustafa Tours maintains a fleet of well-serviced, insured vehicles operated by licensed, professional drivers.
7.2 While we make every effort to provide the specific vehicle type requested, Al-Mustafa Tours reserves the right to substitute a vehicle of equal or higher standard in case of unavailability, without prior notice.
7.3 Drivers are instructed to follow the safest and most efficient routes. Route changes due to traffic, road closures, or safety concerns may occur at the driver’s discretion.
8. Delays & Force Majeure
8.1 Al-Mustafa Tours is not liable for delays or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to traffic congestion, road closures, extreme weather, flight delays, government restrictions, or public health emergencies.
8.2 In the event of such circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected passengers and provide alternative arrangements where possible.
9. Liability
9.1 Al-Mustafa Tours carries appropriate vehicle insurance in accordance with Saudi Arabian regulations. Our liability is limited to the extent covered under applicable insurance policies.
9.2 Al-Mustafa Tours is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including missed flights, connections, or events, arising from delays outside our control.
9.3 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by proven negligence on the part of Al-Mustafa Tours or its drivers, to the extent such limitation is not permitted under applicable law.
10. Group & Custom Bookings
10.1 Group bookings, corporate transportation, and custom itineraries may be subject to separate terms, pricing, and deposit requirements, which will be communicated at the time of inquiry.
